So whats the Catch? I simply ask that if
I bring you an offer, that is acceptable to you, from one of my buyers, then we work out a reasonable compensation for the effort. If I dont bring you an offer that you accept, there is no charge for any of the services I provide to you.
If, in the future you still have not sold your home and you are interested in listing your home with me to take advantage of the additional marketing services I offer, when you list with me, I will be happy to do so.
